@tsproconsulting do you have an USB ammeter? What voltages do you get when you plug your computer in? Expecting would be 19V. After that disconnect the battery and then check the main power rail (PPBUS_G3H 12V). @tsproconsulting, you should get ~20V (19V is ok as well;-) since your logic board talks to your power supply. It starts off at 5V then they communicate and the USB-C asks the power supply for the ~20V. This communication is missing. That would lead me to check the USB-C port controller. I'd check for power in to the IC if the power is present, it is most likely the controller IC. If power is not present, check the power rail. To determine where those rails are a well as where the controller is, we would need to know what board you have. It should/could be a 820-00850.

When you say you "USB-C Kabel bereits getauscht" does that mean you've replaced the ports? check this guide https://de.ifixit.com/Anleitung/MacBook+... for that. I'd start there, if it has not already been done.
