Why is my plumbed-in cooler using so much energy?

Hi guys, I have a Clover plumbed in contactless dispenser in the office and keep having problems with it using a lot of electric. Used to work with a water cooler company so tried the basic fixes and very close to just swapping it out. Could a worn out element be causing it to use more electric than usual?
