@georgepower the Honda Generator EB2800I utilizes a Honda GC190LA engine. There is really not much that can be adjusted when it comes to engine timing. It is usually a combination of the woodruff key and the slot in the flywheel as well as the air gap from the coil to the flywheel. Check through the ignition section around page 57 of the Honda GC160 190 GS190 Repair Manual

Yes but I just changed the camshaft pulley and timing belt. TheSo I need to know what the correct alignment is on the pulley there are two lines which should be straight across just even with the top casing BUTwhat is the correct position of the notch in the crankshaft? Straight up which would be TDC OR pointing to the b
OR pointing to the blue dot which I imagine is x amount of degrees before TDC
