My mouse cursor keeps freezing, shaking and other problems.

The cursor to my dell Inspiron 15 3511 keeps freezing a lot and randomly shakes while also miss clicking. I tried updating or changing the touchpad drivers from the dell drivers website. The cursor worked properly for a period of time, approximately 2 months, and just today the problem persisted. I tried resetting my rig, checked for updates and even uninstalled the HID-compliant touch pad device from Device manager and the problem persisted.
