Whenever I plugin my ASUS TUF Gaming F15 into charging, it stops at 37. When I turn off the laptop and restart I find the battery is full.

How long does the laptop stay on for, when on battery power only?
Create a battery report to check the condition of the battery.
When you have the report, compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge Capacity value as shown by the report. For a good battery the values should be nearly the same.
You can work out the condition of the battery as a percentage by using the formula Full Charge Capacity value x 100 ÷ Design Capacity value. If it is <40% you may want to consider replacing the battery soon.
