Why I cant turn on WiFi and Bluetooth?
This is my old phone, i cant turn on wifi and Bluetooth. When i turn on, the phone start freezing and back to home

Does it work OK when using the phone in "safe mode"?
Turn on the phone and as soon as the "Redmi" logo appears, press and hold the Volume down button.
Keep holding the button until the device fully boots into Safe Mode.
It will show this in the lower left corner of the screen.
To exit Safe Mode, simply restart the phone.
