Why is fan blowing when oven is not in use?

After using the oven, depending on what oven temperature was used for cooking, the fan may stay operated for another 10 or 20 minutes to cool the oven down

If the fan stays operated for longer than 20 minutes after the oven has been turned off there may be a problem with the temperature sensor in the oven or it may be a control board problem.

Go to p.48 to view the procedure for how to check if there are any error codes for the oven that may help to find out what's happening.

If there is an error code and it's because of a faulty part that needs replacing, here's the parts list that is useful.

Locate the wanted part in the list and note the part number that is shown with it. Search online for the part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
