Display not output by graphic card
I plug my graphic card in slot when I plug display output cable ( hdmi ) but I screen the no device connected shows even I change my cable also

Do you have a second monitor or system to verify if the display is working or even try a second system to make sure the video slot is not damaged. If the card is still not sending a video signal then you've isolated the issue to the card and will need to dig into the cards logic, that will require component level diagnostics.
