Does steam eject from the port with the hose disconnected
Keep this pointed in a safe direction steam will burn you, pets, etc.
If there is pressure at the hose connector you may be able to replace your wand nozzle or both to fix the issue.
If there is no steam pressure at the hose connector, replace the seals on the fill port and clean the steam exhaust hole with CLR (calcium lime and rust remover). Always rinse anything you use CLR with thoroughly. Always wear gloves and eye protection, and work in a well-ventilated area when using CLR. It's pretty nasty stuff, but it will get the job done.
