To give credit where credit is due, I found this on an eBay listing here.

I know it says its for an Accord, but I was searching using the part number for a 2020 CR-V (since you didn't tell us what year yours is).
Anyway, it appears there's a little locking tab you have to press, then the mounting piece rotates and pops out. If you have a lighted mirror, there' also be a connector you'll have to unplug, but that appears to be all there is to it. Here's a picture from the listing showing you everything you need to know about removing and replacing it.
