I have an HMD Fusion included with the Flashy outfit now it doesn't light up anymore I tried restarting my phone it didn't work ,the icon is visible in the camera but after i pressed the Flashy icon it doesn't light up but it still connected,i even tried taking it off and on and still the same issue,is it just a software issue or is my HMD Fusion Flashy outfit broken

same problem here! measured/tested wiring in the hinge and it was not at fault. 5volt/ground points measure fine to me it seems like the only thing stopping the light from working is something related to the microcontroller it doesn't respond to anything in the app anymore had the outfit working for about a month before it stopped working not going to factory reset to try to get it working again thank you hmd do

Facing same problem from Aug 9th. The bulb icon turns yellow on tapping it but when we open the flashy light settings icon below it, the toggle is in OFF position. Seems to be a software glitch. But there is absolutely no support from HMD support team. Tried calling / mailing them. They don't even want to acknowledge the issue. Wish HMD gives software fix to their camera app.
