bottom lcd purple in some spots replacement didnt fix

so i had dust under my digitizer which was causing the digitizer to not work so i cleaned it with 70% isopropyl alcohol which im sure isnt a high enough percent but i didnt think of it much and i dont think i waited long enough for it to evaporate because when i turned it back on it started bugging out moving on its own and stuff so i disconnected the battery to wait till the morning and then i put the battery back in and the bottom screen is purple and the digitizer stopped working so i just went to aliexpress because im broke and i bought a replacement screen along with a digitizer and they seemed nice quality better than oem so i put everything together made sure all ribbon cables were seated correctly and i turned it on to see if it worked my digitizer worked but my screen is still displaying multiple colors as purple i dont have any pictures of it but when im at the home screen the border around the apps are almost entirely purple and some of the background
