- Check router for ok internet connection from internet provider
- Check UTP/LAN/Network cable or wifi module&drivers for ok connection to router (from internet provider)
- Reset internet settings under windows :
- Open Command Prompt (type
cmdin the Windows search bar). - Type
ipconfigand press Enter. This shows your IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway. - Type
ipconfig /alland press Enter. (This provides more data, such as the physical address (MAC address), host name, DNS servers, and DHCP server information) - type
ipconfig /renewand press Enter. (obtain a new ip) - If you are having trouble reaching a website, open Command Prompt and type
ipconfig /flushdns
9 .Close cmd & reboot
- If nothing from above helps check for current DNS servers , should be your Net.P stock ones not a vpn or custom one... (if you want to use the google ones its 8.8.8.8 or8.8.4.4 maybe 100.100.0.1 or similar. )

What is the make and model number of the PC or motherboard if a custom build?
How are you trying to connect to the internet, via an Ethernet cable connection or WiFi?
If WiFi can you connect to the internet via the same WiFi network, using another device e.g. mobile phone?
What have you tried?
