i have G29 that idle for almost a year without any power connected now i connect it to my pc for the first time and it give me USB not recognized, it didn't rotate at startup like it use to, and there is a small knocking noise tok tok tok tok inside the back of the steering wheel. What cause this problem and what should i focus on analyzing the problem? thx

Hi, make sure the power cable is fully connected , in the cable channel, not damaged and the correct one.

i already tried connect it to front usb port and rear usb port, and the steering wheel already plugged in. usually when it connected it start rotating at first now it didn't. i even tried bought a different power adaptor with similar specification but couldn't fix it. I plan to disassemble but where do i start from and what should i check to find the problem, for example remove the steering wheel then use voltage tester at somewhere or something like that
