Pavilion 17-g121wm My laptop doesn't stay on

I've been having trouble with my laptop for some reason to power just cuts off out of random and I tried everything even getting a new battery and charging cable I can't even a bios diagnostic because the power cuts before it's finish

It will really help if someone could help me out
