S21 Ultra geht nach Akkutausch aus und geht nicht mehr an

Hallo zusammen,

habe ein Ersatzkit für das S21 Ultra bestellt und den Akku erfolgreich gewechselt. Vor Einsetzen der Rückplatte die Funktion überprüft: ging alles

Nach 1h ist das Handy plötzlich ausgegangen. Ich öffnete das Handy erneut und stellte fest, dass es beim Laden wärmer geworden ist als sonst und dass der Steckverbinder des Antwnnenkabels kaputt gegangen ist (eine Rastnase hat sich beim Aubau verabschiedet) wodurch das Antennenkabel rausgerutscht ist.

Jetzt startet das Handy gar nicht mehr, jeglich eine Vibration ist zu vernehmen, wenn der Powerbutton gedrückt wird oder ein Ladekabel abgeschlossen wird.

Eine Datenrettung würde mir schon reichen, bin aber auch maximal überfragt wieso das Handy nichts mehr macht. Ein PC erkennt es nicht und via USB V zu HDMI Adapter sehe ich auch kein Signal am Monitor.

Diese Frage beantworten Ich habe das gleiche Problem

@jens23906 that will depend on which side the antenna cable came off. It is possible that your circuit board got shorted out. I would start by replacing the sub-board (charging board) and then re-evaluate. Use this guide for that Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra USB-C-Anschluss und Tochterplatine tauschen

@jens23906 Das hängt davon ab, auf welcher Seite sich das Antennenkabel gelöst hat. Es könnte sein, dass deine Leiterplatte einen Kurzschluss hat. Ich würde erst mal die Subplatine (Ladeplatine) austauschen und dann nochmal schauen. Nutze dafür diese Anleitung https://de.ifixit.com/Anleitung/Samsung+...

@jens23906 no problem at all. We all have a real live that goes on and sometimes it takes away from our hobbies :-) Anyhow, start off with the Troubleshooting section of the manual. Check the No Video section and measure the components as described. The component layout is of course included. Let us know what you find out, whenever you have time. There is no rush. Remote repair is a marathon not a sprint :-)

Danke für deine Einschätzung @oldturkey03. Das Antennenkabel hat sich auf dem Subboard gelöst. Daher könnte ein Austausch dieses tatsächlich etwas bringen.

@oldturkey03 I have another question. I haven't replaced the board yet, but I have ordered one. Today I noticed that the phone is still on because the alarm went off. However, the screen remains dark and I can't connect to a monitor via USB C to HDMI. It's possible that the display broke later because the phone seems to be working. Do you think that replacing the board could still allow me to see the image mirrored on the TV/monitor, or do I have to explicitly enable the interface on the phone? Or could a broken subboard be the reason why I'm not getting any image?

@jens23906 USB-C and HDMI could be from the Sub Board really not sure about the screen. I could imagine that if the hdmi got shorted out it might be possible, but I am really not sure.

New subboard, no difference. Display stays dark and no usbc to hdmi connection to monitor. Maybe I have to bring it to some store to save the data. Because I don‘t get it what happend.

Adapter works. Tested with iphone15 Pro.

@jens23906 we could try and get you the schematics. Could you use it? Do you have access to a multimeter with small probes etc.?
