My watch isn't turning on. The only time I see it display anything is when it's on the charger, but it only shows the Apple logo for about 10 seconds before going blank for another 10 seconds, then repeating. How can I get this watch to work normally?

Have you tried fully shutting off the watch? How To Shutdown Apple Watch - Switching Off and Shut Down and leaving it on the charger for a good two hours? Then turning it on.

I have tried these without success.
Does the watches display even show the charge condition? If not the battery is likely gone. Did you go scuba diving or damage the phone so it leaked?
