First Check your tires are balanced. (Cheapest easiest fix)
Then check alignment as well as damage to the wheels. Next cheapest fix.
Other possible causes: (More expensive repairs, sorry)
Worn suspension parts such as ball joints, tie rods and wheel bearings can cause your symptoms.
Bent axles or wheels (from hitting curbs or potholes hard)
If it only happens when you use your brakes it may be due to warped rotors or imbalanced brakes.
