When I open the 3Ds XL OLD camera app, the app opens and black appears, you can't see anything either through the rear or front camera, Idk why this happend

So, both camera's are having the issue? I would check if they are succesfully connected to the motherboard (probably they are, otherwise it would stuck on the blue light).
Otherwise, you might want to replace 1 first and see if that works...

It's very difficult... So if you don't have any experience, I would ask a local repair shop to check!

Have you checked to make sure there isn't anything obstructing said cameras? If there isn't anything, I would guess that it would be a wiring problem. To know for sure, you'd have to dismantle it. Just be warned, you probably need a tri-point screwdriver to do that.
