@shitijshriwas you are really not giving us enough information. We will need to now what type your old RAM is and what type you are trying to replace it with. Right now it sounds like you are either having RAM that is incompatible with your motherboard or you are having a bad RAM model. The RAM for the computer you selected as your device is listed as DDR3 PC3-12800 204pin CL=11 DDR3-1600 1.5V SODIMM
