4 Installed new Korky quietfill kit w/ flapper, now doesn't flush down
I recently installed a new korky quietfill complete kit in a old toilet because the previous system was getting stuck running and I've used one of these before in my other bathroom. But the new system no matter what I try to adjust no longer let's the water flush down enough to move solid waste everytime. The only thing I had not replaced was the handle. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Well I thought I had it fixed.
I had soaked all the rim jets and siphon jet with CLR and for a few flushes, it worked. So I'm guessing the issue is build-up of rust when taking the tank apart must have gotten into the bowl jets and is effecting their output.

Generally you can tell where the original water level was due to discoloration inside the tank; does the take fill back up that that line with the new kit? Sounds like the water level needs to be higher in the tank.

Tank fills up slightly higher than the old water mark. When it flushes the flip lifts up all the way, it appears like the water swirls in the bowl without going down fast enough to empty the bowl

Does the water level rise slightly in the pan when flushing occurs?
If it does wondering if it may be a partially blocked drain pipe or an air vent problem in the drain pipe not allowing the water to drain away quickly enough.
Was the old system flushing away OK?

Water does rise slightly in the bowl when I flush. Toilet was flushing fine before replacing the mechanics, replaced them because they would often get stuck and the Toilet would keep running if no one paid attention to it.

If I pour a bucket of water into the bowl the bowl flushed down fine. So the issue I'm sure is it not sending water fast enough to create the vacuum, I'm just not sure why it isn't
