We don't have nearly enough information to be able to help, Rojah. First of all, tell us about your PC. Is it from a manufacturer, or home built? If it's the former, tell us the maker and model number, and for the latter, list the major parts such as motherboard, CPU, GPU and power supply.
Also, let us know more about the problem. When did it start? Has anything changed recently, such as adding or removing parts or software, or liquid spills, damage, etc.?
Finally, what have you done to troubleshoot the problem? Tried a different monitor, verified your current monitor works with other devices, checked that the power supply is coming on?
