My rear camera doesn't work even though my front camera works fine, keeps on saying that I need to re- enable or restart phone. I try to enable it on settings but I couldn't find it, also tried to restart so it could work and see if it works but it doesn't, I've also cleared cache but it didn't work.I then tried to listen to YouTube tutorials but doesn't work also.

@leminaminamari there is always the possibility that this is a bad camera. It is also possible that this is a software issue. Start your phone in safe mode and see if your camera works in that mode. If so, you know that you have a 3rd party App that interferes with your camera. You would have to uninstall those Apps.
To put your phone in safe mode:
You will see "Safe Mode" at the bottom of the screen. In this mode all third-party Apps are disabled.
If that does not work either, I would replace the camera. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video to at least get you into the phone and to the camera.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
