The obvious conclusion is that you are not in neutral (N). To evidence this:
* STOP THE ENGINE.
* have the vehicle on flat and stable ground.
* put the vehicle in N
* Release the brake, and try to push/roll the vehicle forward.
If there is significant resistance, the drive train is certainly connected to the engine. Do this, report your findings

So there is significant resistance when I try to pupush the mower when in “neutral”…. I figured it was just because the tire are low….. what’s the fix if the drive train is still engaged while In neutral?
