I've been thinking about doing a guide for that on here, but haven't got to it yet. However, there's a YouTube video showing you exactly what you need to know.

It can be done by just popping off the mouthpiece, but then you can't tell exactly how full it is. From my experience, about a third of a 30ml bottle of vape juice (about 10ml) will do the job.
To remove the mouthpiece, I just grab it with a pair of pliers and give it a good twist. It'll pop right off, but note that it's got a vertical key on one side that has to be lined up so it won't go on correctly if you get it reversed.

@arleneatkins, Either you've burnt out a coil or you may have gotten fluid on the microphone that activates the heating coil. What does the vape do when you pull on it? Does it flash red, or do you get no reaction?
Flashing red indicates it's missing a coil, in which case the only fix is to rebuild it. This guide shows how.

If, on the other hand, you don't get anything happening at all, I suspect there's fluid on the microphone, which has happened to me. You'll have to follow that guide through Step 10 to take the tank off. Then pull up on the back side of the silicone seal that's left in the vape and you'll see a small drum-shaped device; that's the microphone. Take a cotton swab and some rubbing alcohol and clean it off, then be sure to use the other end of your swab to wipe up any other liquid in the area.
Reassemble and test; let me know what you find.

I just refilled my geek bar pulse and I still can't get any vape from it.. it's not pulling out anything
