Battery not charging flashing light on charger

@joesphbissett how old is your battery and have you ever charged it on this charger before. It is possible that your battery is just no longer accepting a charge. It is also possible that your battery is locked and that this charger does not recognize the battery. That would mean you need to either replace the battery or rebuild the battery. Sometimes you can fix a "dead" battery manually charging each cell to 3.3V, balancing them, and then charging with a charger. For an idea about that take a look on here
