There is this annoying sound that keeps beeping when I move my head

I believe I am experiencing the same problem. For me, the noise cancelation switch on the left side appears to be failing or has a loose connection. Try sliding this to various positions to see if your problem reproduces. Mine is mostly stable with cancelation at Max, but at mid or off positions any motion produces the beep you're describing.
