I agree that the battery is not charging; if it's an old school model with caps that can be removed to access the battery acid, you may be able to top it up using distilled water if the level is below the lead plates. Otherwise you will almost certainly need to replace the battery; most shops here in the US will test your battery for free in hopes of getting to sell you a new one, but I have no idea what the situation in your country is.
