Triggers not working (RT Stuck at 100%)

It all started when I opened my controller to repalce the shell. After I assembled it I noticed that my right trigger is fully pressed all the time so I thought naybe I damaged the sensor...

I ordered a new sensor and my friend helped me replace it, but even after that it was stil the same. After opening it again and using a multimeter we noticed that both triggers sensors are not recieving power. We checked that everything is connected and nothing seems off.

What can cause this and what can I do now?
