Now it won't start. New battery,had a key guy come out and still won't run. Really need this for a winter car. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue.

Seems like the immobilzer might have to be reset.
Since we don't know what the guy that programs keys tried, try the following options and if neither work you may have to contact a Nissan dealer to reset it.
Repeat the above steps and then try to start the engine

Does the engine crank when you turn the ignition key to the start position but not fire and run or not crank at all?

The light that is shaped like a car with a key stays on when you try to start it.we tested the immobilizer with a guy that programs keys they say it is getting signal just won't start
