I have a e300 scooter from a junker n they removed all the insides all I have is the frame wheels and the motor with no wires but one connected to the motor other than that everything else gone. What all do I need to replace

Probably the main part you seem to be missing is the battery.
You will also need a controller unit which will do all the communication between battery-motor-throttle-display (if it has one).

theres also wiring diagrams here but they are version specific so check which one applies to you, the site also seems to sell pretty much every part, so depending on what exactly you are missing I would go from there and buy spare parts.
