Recently swapped battery with an ifixit provided battery. iPad now behaves oddly and drains quickly. 3/4 hours of total screen on time and when it dies I plug in and it shows 15% but it isn’t accurate. I’ve tried manually calibrating but it hasn’t seemed to help. Otherwise, works as expected. Any ideas?

I have had the issue of the data pins being dirty - normally from having a dirty battery disconnector or such after doing work on ipads in general. Normally though, they will restart, or have the percentage jump around drastically. (like 68% down to 10% instantly)
I would recommend you clean the pins on the board side (gently to not break them), and also clean up the the battery pads.
If that doesn't work, its a possibility you got a dud battery, and I would contact iFixit for a replacement.
