Need STL files for Xbox One S upper case clips & standoffs @3Dprinting

Hi everyone,

I’m repairing an Xbox One S military green (battlefeild 1 combo) and the upper shell clips and standoffs are broken or missing. I’ve tried gluing them back with superglue, but they don’t hold, and im pretty sure i just made a small hole in the shell. At this point I just need to 3D print replacement parts.

Does anyone have STL files for the Xbox One S top-case internal clips or standoffs, or a model that can be adapted? I’m planning to send the parts to a local 3D-printing shop.

If you have files, measurements, or a link to a reliable model, please share.

I can provide photos and dimensions from my case if needed.

Hi!

At this point I would just replace the shell for a new one...

The original shell will fit for like 100% and save you from headaches.

You can get them here: Xbox ONE S Replacement Parts & Components - I have experience with them and their service is great!

And they are not that expensive there.

You can also buy a broken console and get the shell from there.

Please let us know how it goes!

I want to agree with you but the sad part is its a special edition military green xbox

And 9 bucks is like 225K VND here

So yea i rather 3d print than switch to white and buy a new case

No one is selling replacement cases 😭🙏

You can sent them an email, sometimes they do have it there at stock! Otherwise you can buy a broken (donor) Xbox and get the shell from that one :)

Ah, it was worth a try. Maybe next month I get one, for now I don't have a case available... Sorry.
