Any advice for removing back glass that is cracked?

hi! You can remove it with a hair dryer on high heat for a few minutes, or a heat mat at 70-80C laying on its back. Then use a suction cup and PLASTIC picks to cut through the adhesive and lift it up. Make sure not to stick the picks in too far or they may damage components.

A layer of clear packing tape over the cracked parts will help minimize getting glass shards everywhere.
