iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS 26.1) – Endless Apple Logo Boot Loop – Storage

Hi everyone, I’m from Cairo, Egypt. My iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS 26.1) is stuck in a boot loop: Apple logo appears and disappears every 10-15 seconds, never gets past it.

Details:

  • Storage is completely full (0 bytes free)
  • No iCloud backup and no computer backup at all
  • All photos, videos, WhatsApp chats, contacts… are extremely important – data loss is NOT an option

What I already tried:

  • 3uTools → fails with error -100 at ~71% (filesystem writing blocked by full storage)
  • Recovery mode & DFU mode → same result

I need a way to fix this while keeping 100% of the data (Retain User Data / no erase). I’m okay going to a trusted technician in Cairo if needed.

Any working method or recommendation for a reliable repair shop in Egypt that can solve this without wiping the phone?
