Graco Simple Sway Swing Won't Swing

My Graco Simple Sway baby swing has a indicator light that turns on but but the swing itself does not move. I've looked for a fix for this online and the only thing I seem to find is having to do with removing a resistor from the computer board in the control module. Trying to find a fix or replacement board that doesn't cost the same as buying a whole new swing. Any suggestions?
