my wires disconnected and i’m not sure where to solder them on
my mistake, mines a national rq 2120 it was made in singapore so the asian market. i cant find anything on these man

Not sure what you mean by MB-3A but on p.5 of the RQ-2102 service manual there's a schematic diagram amd on p.4 a wiring connection diagram that may help.

that’s weird, my 2102 has a toshiba MB3-A board that needs resoldering but i can’t seem to find anything on it
The service manual doesn't show the pcb model number.
Does the wiring diagram (board layout) on p.4 look the same as far as most of the components in the same board position on your board?
Very unusual to have two differently wired boards for the same model unless it was meant to be used in a different market e.g. USA vs EU
