WhatsApp Verification Stuck After Phone Change

Hi, I recently bought a new Mi Ultra 11 Android phone and installed WhatsApp. When I logged in, I expected my chats to transfer automatically from my IPhone 7plus. After several login attempts, I tried to log back in on my iPhone, but I keep receiving the message: “We couldn’t send you an SMS, please wait 1 hour.” I waited more than one hour, but the same issue continues. Call verification is also not working. Could you please help me resolve this issue and regain access to my account?
