Why is my laptop showing your device ran into a problem and restart
It shows a blue screen and when it restart it still shows the blue screen

When laptop shows a BSOD, sometimes a restart can fix it. If it continues to show a BSOD you will have to take more drastic action.
If an error shows on the BSOD, that might help localize the problem.
What happens between the time you press the power button and the BSOD shows could also help localize it.
If not, the easiest thing to try is a repair install of Windows as it could be a software issue.
If that doesn't work, it is a hardware issue, and it is hunt and peck to find it. Your only options are HDD or RAM.
If it is the MB, that may not be an economical repair.

Is there an error message showing on the blue screen?
If there is post an image of the screen showing the error message in your question (Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen) or edit your question (click on Options > Edit in your question) and add what the error message is.
