This will be a generic answer, but I don't have a lot to work with. First thing I'd really encourage so we can better help is get the car scanned so we have more to work with. Before you do anything, there is a TSB for this: TSB 23-FL-002H-1 -- only follow the rest of this if you get denied or the TSB doesn't apply.
Anyway, what I do is check the spark plugs for oil. Yours is new enough it's not likely, but it's a thing I've checked for when in doubt. That said: Just because it has oil consumption DOES NOT MEAN your engine will blow up, but it's a common warning sign from previous engines before the Smartstream.
If the plugs look good and you do not see any degraded wires (yours uses coil on plug, so it's going to be the engine wiring harness - not a maintenance item), change the injectors or ignition coils (go off of codes as both are expensive with GDI). If it still does it, come back so we can follow up with more advice.
If you have stabilized the engine and it's no longer shaking dangerously, I would put Techron in the gas tank and find a open highway you can push it at 60-70mph (aka, Italian tuneup). It won't help if the upper head is clogged with deposits, but it might be enough. If not, you can do the run after spraying a GDI intake cleaner like this: https://www.autozone.com/p/crc-intake-va... -- you'll need to spray it in the intake and then drive the car at high RPMs for 20-30 minutes (aim for 4-5k RPM) and put it in sport mode. If it's really bad, you often need to take the head off and blast it with walnut shells. You do want to stay in sport mode when you can - it pushes the RPM and trans to shift faster and more aggressively. I would also do it every 1-2k miles if you don't routinely drive the car hard.
If it still does it, come back so we can follow up with more advice.
