It's the one that connects the board with the power button and usb port to the motherboard. I damaged it and I cant find an affordable replacement so I'll be replacing it with a generic ribbon cable.
I know that it's a 40 pin 30 cm cable but I'm not sure how to measure the pitch. It looks like a 0.5 to me but idk

The Lenovo part number for the USB port board cable (if that's the one you mean) is 5C10S30025 (examples only)
Search online for the part number only, to find suppliers that suit you better.
Don't think that you'll pick up a compatible cable any cheaper than this
