I believe this is the right video on your butterfly keyboard just in case you wanted to try removing one key to see if that helped https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STeMeRjv...

Are the keys correctly seating in the keyboard? Is one edge higher, did you need to reseat them?

Update (01/05/26)

Maybe this will help explain things Apple’s Butterfly Keyboard Continues to Plague MacBook Owners dropping your system could have dislodged the keys which is why I was asking you about there condition.

If that is not an issue there's little to fix other than replacing the entire keyboard assembly. As it has faced trauma which has damaged it.

This usually means physical damage to the keyboard matrix or connector from the impact. Since specific adjacent keys failed, it’s likely a cracked trace or damaged membrane. Software resets won’t help. The fix is keyboard replacement (top case on newer MacBooks) or using an external keyboard.
