My PlayStation 3 Slim gives three yellow beeps and then immediately shuts down.

The device beeps three times and then turns off. I replaced the power supply, but there was no change.

Hi!

This is probably caused by the infamous YLOD.

I recommend to follow this guide: Yellow Light of Death Reparatur mit YLOD-Kit (only the last steps because it’s for the regular PS3).

If the issue persist, you probably need to reball the CPU/GPU to get it fixed..

Reballing is really difficult! If you have no experience with is, please contact a local repair shop if they can do it for you!
