I have a problem with radiator always coolant undergo low level

Things to check when losing engine coolant:
- Coolant puddles on the ground when the car is parked and if there are look for coolant stains on the radiator, engine block and hoses (depending on what part of the engine is above the puddle on the ground) to find the source of the leak.
- Coolant stains on the radiator fins (front and back of the radiator) in case tubes in the radiator are leaking under pressure when the engine is running.
- Radiator cap is OK
- Coolant stains on all the radiator hose and heater hose connections in case of a loose connection.
- Cracks, splits in all the radiator hoses and heater hoses.
- White smoke coming from the exhaust pipe with engine running, indicating that coolant is being lost in the engine due to blown head gasket, cracked head/block etc. Get someone to follow you in a car to check if it happens whilst you're driving
