Will I be able to repair rear cover adhesive without front assembly?
I found a guide for replacing the rear cover/sensor on the Apple Watch Series 7 that instructed removing the front display and battery for swapping the rear cover. However, I do not need to replace the rear cover. It is still functional. The watch charges in the sensor works, but the gasket and adhesive sealant failed and The gasket is hanging out of the watch body, see the attached picture.
- Am I missing something other than the rear cover adhesive for this repair.
- Will I be able to do this repair without removing the front display and battery?
Thanks for the help!
Ist dies eine gute Frage?
