i started to weld and all the sudden something in the welder popped and tripped all the circuits in my home. now it the welder don't work. i just bought it a month ago and used it once before the welder blew up.

Good advice from ConfusionSpren.
Seeing it's only a few months old the best is to return it with your purchase slip because it's sure to still be under warrenty. If bought online, find out how guarantee returns work.
If as you say it tripped all the circuits in your home it points to an earth leak fault. If it was just a major short, that particular breaker feeding the welder's outlet wall plug would have tripped. Sometimes the earth leak is sensitive enough to also trigger.
Either way, these Dc inverter welders have sophisticated electronics and a component or the whole board could be fried. A visual inspection as suggested should reveal such a failure.
Unless familiar with power electronics don't try replacement repairs yourself. Adjustments will have to be factory set for example strike-force, etc.

It's hard to answer without more information. I would recommend opening it up and looking for scorch marks or similar to identify the source of the problems, as the amperage required to trip every breaker in your house would almost certainly have caused visible damage.
