If you replaced the screen with an OLED then it should come with a new fingerprint sensor under the screen. However if you replaced it with a non OLED LCD screen then fingerprint won't work. LCD screens work differently from OLED and require a backlit panel to light the screen. This prevents anything under the screen being able to work as it can't pentrate through the panel.
