rear camera swap from a pro to a plus
is it possible to take the camera from a 14 pro and put it in a 14 plus?

Short answer, no, not a chance. The Pro has a three-camera system and the plus only two, so the rear camera module itself will never fit. Even if you consider disassembling the camera module to remove an individual camera, a look at the flex cables connecting them to the motherboard shows that the Pro's cameras have a very short lead, probably only half of the length of those on the Plus, so there's no way to plug them in, even if the connectors are compatible, which is doubtful.
