@vassilios the pictures you've posted are of the IO board and the ribbon cable (definitely damaged). The images are not focused enough to zoom in to identify any other component on the board. Try to mark any components that you feel need to be replaced on some new images.

Now if by "die zwei Bauteile als Ersatzteile zu kaufen und einzubauen" you are referring to the IO board and the flex cable, then yes, absolutely.

Easiest would be to just replace the IO board and flex cable unless you have experience with soldering and board level repair. For the replacement part you'd be looking at something like this.
