Hi!
So, the Wii does turn on, but you all you get is a black screen, correct?
If it's not showing the red light, you probably want to test another power supply first and see if that solves it.
If it is showing the red light (green when you turn it on), and it's showing a black screen, try some new AV cables first.
If that didn't solved it, is the Wii modded? If you are not sure, press and hold the reset button while turning it on, is it showing a menu now?
Otherwise, it could also be related to the bluetooth chip, replacing this could solve it.
